
Perhaps the easiest gourmet recipe to prepare is the salad. Most salad recipes do not involve cooking but simply mixing the ingredients and giving some creative touch in the presentation. A salad usually has two main components, the salad dressing and the salad “meat.”
Salad dressing corresponds to its meat. You may use vegetables, fruits,
seafood meat or ham as “meat” for your salad. My personal favorite is tuna salad which is very easy to prepare. You just need cooked tuna flakes, add some olive oil, mix some mayonnaise and condensed milk as dressing. You may also
add some spices such as onion. In preparing salad recipes you can be as creative as you can.
