Gourmet Dish at GT

One of my favorite recipes for January 2006 is the prawn and grapefruit salad. I looove shrimps and prawns! It's wonderful that this month's recipe collection features tropical fruits and seafood. Prawn and Grapefruit Salad are great appetizers that makes 6 entree' and is best paired with wine.
