
Most people are aware of the exhilarating feeling that one usually experiences when eating
chocolates. Beside this chocolates have real and proven health benefits, especially for the heart. This is because of
flavonoids, a naturally-occurring anti-oxidant found in foods produced by plants like the cacao from which chocolate is derived. On the other hand, the health risk is also present. Aside from tooth cavities, chocolates may also lead to obesity or diabetes. However, it is not a sin to eat chocolates once and a while.
